Marble Mountain Estates is proud to be Cape Breton's only winery.  An "Islander" owned business which was born out of a shared passion for crafting wines and providing experiences that embody the spirit of an Island life. With a deep respect for tradition and an innovative approach to winemaking, we strive to create exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of our Bras D'or Lake front vineyard.

From the very beginning, we have been committed to sustainable practices that honour the land we call home. Each of our vines is carefully tended, and every grape is handpicked, ensuring that only the finest fruit makes it into our bottles.

Our vineyards are located on a vast 200 acre mountain side property that boasts world famous views of Bras d'or Lake with prime land, benefiting from the perfect blend of climate, soil, and topography. Marble Mountain Estates is Nova Scotia’s northernmost estate winery. The Bras d’Or Lakes provide a moderate maritime climate, and a growing season that spans late spring to deep fall. Marble and limestone in our soil provide a unique terroir, adding a distinct flavour to our collection of wines. Each chosen grape variety is chosen to thrive in our unique microclimate. These carefully nurtured vines allow us to produce wines with distinctive character and depth.
